Scheduling your pickup online is quick and easy. Sign into your account, choose your pickup/delivery times, and let us know if you prefer our eco-friendly options. If you have special instructions (like separating delicates or low-heat drying for certain items), please note that clearly when scheduling; placing items needing special care in a separate bag helps ensure accuracy. Please check pockets before pickup! On pickup day, our driver collects your order and transports it safely to our Boise Laundry Co. facility.
Your laundry is always handled securely in our own laundromat only by Boise Laundry Co. team members – never outsourced. Everything is professionally washed, dried, folded, and neatly packaged before being delivered back to you fresh and clean.

When scheduling your order, simply provide a detailed description in the instructions field of a secure, weather-protected spot where our driver can find your laundry for pickup and leave it upon delivery (e.g., "on the covered front porch").
