Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open for self-service 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please start your last load of wash by 8:00 PM to allow enough time for drying before closing. Our attended hours, including for Wash and Fold drop-off/pickup are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Our self-service washing machines and dryers work either as coin-operated machines or with the PayRange App.
We have two change machines on-site that accept bills, and an ATM that dispenses $10 bills for your convenience. For our Wash and Fold drop-off service, we accept both Cash and Credit Cards.
Choose a machine based on the size of your laundry load – we have capacities ranging from 20lb up to 60lb washers. Prices are displayed on each machine. Generally, load your clothes loosely, add detergent, insert the correct amount in coins, select your cycle, and close the door securely. Dryers operate similarly based on time purchased with coins. We have a simple step-by-step guide on our Self-Service page, and our attendant is happy to help during attended hours (8 am-4 pm).
We offer a range of high-performance machines in various sizes to handle everything from small personal loads to large family washes or bulky items. We focus on providing reliable equipment in a clean, comfortable, and uniquely themed environment.
Yes, we have plenty of convenient, free parking available right outside our building.
Yes, we offer free WiFi access for all our customers.
We aim to make your visit pleasant! Besides WiFi, we have TVs, comfortable seating, air conditioning/heating, vending machines (snacks, drinks, soap), a water fountain, clean restrooms, laundry carts, large folding tables, change machines, an ATM, and a kids' play area.
Absolutely! Our large-capacity 60lb ($8.00/cycle) and 40lb ($6.00/cycle) washers are perfect for washing bulky items like comforters, blankets, and sleeping bags. We also offer flat-rate pricing if you'd prefer our Wash and Fold team to handle them for you (see below).
Not yet! Although we specialize in laundry services (washing and drying) we will be starting a dry cleaning service where we partner with a dry cleaner to get your items cleaned for you.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your laundry for our Wash and Fold service any day during our attended hours, which are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Yes, there is a $25 minimum charge for Wash and Fold orders.
Our standard turnaround is Next-Day service (priced at $2.00/lb). We also offer Same-Day service (priced at $2.25/lb) if you drop your items off between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
We use quality, professional-grade detergents and softeners to get your clothes fresh and clean. We also offer eco-friendly product options upon request – just let our attendant know when you drop off your order.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our Pickup & Delivery service is priced per pound. Recurring weekly/bi-weekly service is $2.00/lb, and As Needed service is $2.10/lb. There is a $30 minimum order for this service. Bulky items can also be included and are charged at flat rates detailed on our Wash and Fold page.
Not necessarily! Many customers arrange for contactless service by designating a secure, weather-protected spot (like a covered porch) for pickup and delivery. Just provide clear instructions and permission when you schedule your service online or over the phone.
Our standard service includes professionally folding your clothes before they are neatly packaged for delivery. We do not typically hang clothes unless specifically arranged otherwise.
Our typical turnaround time for Pickup & Delivery is 24-48 hours. Specific delivery times depend on your location and our schedule, which will be confirmed when you book the service.
